Chef Hudi trained in various countries in classic french technique and pastry. His passion for food drives him to explore new flavors, cuisines, cultures and ingredients.
Hudi has worked in places across the globe since the age of 17 for various prestigious restaurants, caterers, bakeries, and pastry shops as sous chef, chef de cuisine and executive chef, including as a sous chef in the renowned Pardes Restaurant.
